Winterwood Development offers a variety of different consulting options. We assist our clients from their initial concept through the entire process, helping to make dreams into reality. We walk every step of the way with our clients making sure that they are getting the end product that they want, and we consider their success to be our success.
Non-Profit Partnerships
Winterwood Development has partnered with multiple non-profits to develop housing for those in need. It is important to us that our non-profit partners are informed throughout the development process and that their vision comes to fruition.
Sales
Winterwood Development has the staffing and capability to assist with property dispositions, and we have broad experience in the purchase and sale of residential communities and development real estate. Our experienced Sales Associates, Hannah Spillman and Josh Johnson working closely with Winterwood’s Principal Broker, Mike Hynes have decades of experience in the process of selling multifamily and commercial properties.
